We have a new way to address challenges by adding speed to knowledge, connectivity to reliability and bringing agility to the reality of finding, managing and matching talent with projects.Neotalent, the responsive people.What is your mission:You will join one of our international projects in the Novabase Digital Transformation Unit (full remote or hybrid – in Lisbon or Porto) as a PMO – Project Management Officer.The main tasks for this position are:

• Develop and implement project management governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align projects with organizational goals.
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes and methodologies.
• Implement best practices to optimize project delivery and efficiency.The talent that we are looking for:
• Proven experience as a PMO professional, preferably in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Xray.
• Good understanding of administrative and financial management processes for projects.
• Experience in producing communication documents and project management control documents.
