Position Overview:As a Danish-Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that TikTok remains a safe and positive platform for users. Working alongside a diverse team of moderators, you'll review and evaluate user-generated content according to established guidelines, identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful material. Your attention to detail and linguistic skills will be instrumental in upholding TikTok's community standards and fostering a welcoming online community.

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content on TikTok, including videos, comments, and images, to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate content for potential violations such as hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, nudity, and other forms of inappropriate or harmful material.
• Make decisions on whether to remove or retain content based on established criteria and guidelines, exercising sound judgment and sensitivity to cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex or ambiguous cases and share best practices for content moderation.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and contribute to the development of moderation processes and workflows.
• Stay updated on platform policies, trends in online content, and emerging issues related to content moderation.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Danish is essential, with a minimum B2 proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions independently and in accordance with established guidelines.
• Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
• Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content, with the ability to maintain professionalism and emotional resilience.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate moderation tools and software.
