Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content in German, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in accordance with established guidelines.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
