We are currently hiring a RUST developer to be part of AI Team.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems to support innovative AI applications and services;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, frontend developers, and product managers, to implement features and enhancements;
Optimize and scale backend infrastructure to improve performance and reliability;
Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability through rigorous code reviews, testing, and thorough documentation;
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in backend development, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in backend development;
Proficient in Python and Rust, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems and best practices;
Experience with React is preferred but not mandatory;
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is advantageous;
Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail;
Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment;
Willingness to be reallocated in Lisbon is mandatory even though a remote start is possible;
Location: Lisbon - Hybrid Model.
