As a part of our team, your main responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, connecting with individuals looking for employment opportunities, conducting initial screening and interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. No prior experience is needed for this role as we provide fully paid training.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• Valid European Union passport
• Willingness to undertake a 4-month training program in Athens
