Joining a premier German fintech company in Munich means becoming instrumental in the development of an ambitious investment platform.

Role: Permanent, on-site

About the Product:

The company is constructing an investment platform that empowers users to compare and select from a diverse array of investment products offered by various providers. Equipped with tools such as investment calculators, portfolio analysis, and investment guides, users can make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing, implementing, and refining innovative features for the investment platform.
  • Seamlessly integrating the platform with multiple bank service providers.
  • Enhancing the scalability and resilience of the bank integration platform to expedite onboarding processes and support routine operations.
  • Actively contributing to the design of the system architecture.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers in an agile setting.
  • Taking full ownership of the systems developed.
  • Maintaining high quality in pull requests and providing mentorship to team members.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in developing Java Microservice applications, ideally using Spring Boot.
  • Proficient understanding of Java, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with build and deployment processes using GIT, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and Docker.
  • Possess an open mindset, enthusiasm for exploring new technologies, high awareness, and a commitment to continuous improvement beyond code commit stages.
  • Enjoy challenging proposed solutions and value learning from code reviews.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
