Join our dynamic team responsible for all aspects of Total Reward for our Senior Executive Team and Vice President population. We work in partnership with the broader R&I CoE to provide a seamless customer experience. We collaborate with Finance and Company Secretary to ensure that the global approach to performance aligns reward with the delivery of our strategy.

As an Executive Reward Partner, you will provide total reward support for the executive population, using analytical insights to identify globally relevant solutions. You will participate in local, regional or global project teams to deliver Reward & Inclusion Centre of Expertise (R&I CoE) and AstraZeneca objectives.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating offers, exits and retention packages for the executive reward population. You will provide guidance and advice on the development, embedding and implementation of AZ’s global total reward strategy on a multi-country basis. You will contribute to the levelling of executive roles, manage and track the executive cohort, and work in partnership with other colleagues in R&I to develop reward solutions for enterprise challenges. You will also support in multi-disciplinary projects such as total reward analysis, annual TDC analysis, gender pay analysis, CEO pay ratio, employee segmentation.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Educated to Degree Level

- Experience in reward management and delivery

- Ability to analyse and interpret data

- Previous experience levelling roles

- Cross-geography reward experience and knowledge

- Ability to build relationships across the business and collaborate on multi-function led projects

- Demonstrates a high level of interactive communication experience

- Through prior delivery can demonstrate creative thinking and innovation

- Demonstrable ability to investigate and understand complex technical matters quickly

- Understands enterprise drivers and implications for total reward and recognition culture

- Good team player

- Advanced Excel skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

- Formal Reward Postgraduate Qualification

- Previous experience in executive reward

- Benefits management and delivery experience

- Is confident and proactive in the adoption of new/innovative digital tools to foster simplification, to share evidence and findings using digital methods
