About the job

· The E-learning Designer function consists on the development of online courses and other digital support materials, and aims to support the Business and the Bank on their route to digitalization. Its function is as well to support the enhancement and development of professional skills of BNP Paribas' staff, and retaining knowledge within the bank

Your Main Activities Are

· Creation of e-learnings with the different tools available

· Management of several projects simultaneously (pipeline management)

· Conduct kick-off presentation meetings

· Provide feedback to the Manager on the status of the project

· Be the first point of contact of the client and accomplish the propose milestones

· Delivery a product with a high level of quality

Profile and Skills to Success

· Highschool degree or equivalent

· Up to 2 years of professional experience in relevant areas

· Advanced level of English is required

· Proficient usage of MS Office pack (PowerPoint)

· Skills:

o Attention to detail / rigor

o Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

o Ability to deliver / Results driven

o Creativity and Innovation / Problem solving

o Communication skills – oral and written

o Ability to manage a project
