Job Description

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process with special focus on recruitment and selection
  • Administrate holidays and sick notes for the employees
  • Guarantee the right application of the labour low (maternity, holiday, etc..)
  • HR database management (Oracle)
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Ensures that the payroll process is properly managed
  • Keep daily contact with the vendors (Occupational health screening, payroll, office maintenance, health&safety provider)
  • Make sure that the employees participate on the occupational health screenings in time
  • Assist with HR related inquiries and requests
  • Keep-up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives
  • Support line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues
  • Implement reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement
  • Support employee development plans and performance management

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
  • 3-5 years professional experience in the role or similar, with payroll knowledge
  • Experience preferably in multinational context
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management
