Polish Content Moderator-Incidence Management Team - #234640

Join our team at one of the leading tech companies as a Content Reviewer in our Detection team! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content, with our client being the #1 in online marketing, boasting an annual revenue exceeding 100 billion US dollars. In this role, you'll conduct visual reviews and assessments of online content, monitor web pages and social media platforms, and escalate any violations using internal tools. Additionally, you'll investigate trends related to crises and geopolitical events, reporting on daily events with the potential to impact Google products.

Responsibilities:

- Synthesize information clearly for different audiences

- Investigate, analyze, and report on trends

- Document all data and research procedures

- Work with management to prioritize business needs

- Evaluate strategic risks and threats to trust in Google

- Identify emerging trends and forecast new forms of abuse

- Translate global developments potentially impacting Googles users

- Support different workflows, products, and markets as needed

Requirements:

- Fluent/native Polish, both spoken and written

- English at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written

- Residence permit for Portugal or EU citizenship

- Onsite work in Lisbon, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7AM to 6PM rotational shift pattern (Public Holidays included)
