The Role

What will you do?

You will be responsible for the provision of technical and administrative services to the client, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide technical support to account executives;
  • Treatment of documentation (insurers and clients);
  • Prepare and update of statistical maps;
  • Develop technical knowledge;
  • Point of contact between client area, our clients and insurers.

What are we looking for?

  • Graduates in management/economics/ or other.
  • Analytical skills and customer orientation.
  • Insurance experience and/or brokerage insurance firms experience.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
