Internship description / Goals to Achieve:

Development of activities related to training, including:

  • Participation in training needs assessment
  • Contribution to the development of the training plan
  • Preparation and verification oftechnical-pedagogical dossiers
  • Issuance of certificates
  • Communication with trainees and trainers
  • Support in the logistical aspects of training activities
  • Support data organization andcontrol charts
  • Data entry into training management platforms

Qualificações

You must have:

  • Eligibility for IEFPs Ativar Internship programme
  • Degree in Human Resources Management / Educational Sciences / Psychology or a related field
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organization capacity and sense of responsibility
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn and to deliver
