Sourcing Admin Services - Intern

For our Business Shared Center in Lisbon we are looking for 3 internsh who will support the Sourcing Admin Service. The team is composed by 35 people and provide support for all our Essity Offices in Europe.

What You Will Do

• You will support in the E-mails & Ticket Distribution, making time trough dunning and reminders

• You will support the Vendor Master Data’s Ticket request on our Global Service Portal

• You will take care of all MDG Approvals

• After an appropriate induction, you will support different countries in the the entire invoice handlings

Who You Are

• You are a student/new graduates in Economy/Account or Management

• You can communicate efficiently in English (fluency in an additional language will be considered a plus)

• You have a natural customer oriented attitude and you love solve problems

• You manage well excel and Microsoft Office package
