Our Shared Service Center is looking for an Accountant who will have the following responsibilities:

• Procurement to Payment (P2P)
  • Analysis and booking of invoices to be completed for payment.
  • Be in daily contact with the departments to ensure POs and payment requests are consistent with policy and procedures in order to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, BTE (Business Travel Expenses), VAT Invoice Allocation and New Business Payment Structure.
• General Ledger (GL)
  • Enter accounting books throughout the P2P process.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Perform short-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Maintain close communication with the accounting department to ensure proper Gaap allocation.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

• Degree level: Accounting, Economics, or Finance-related.
• Professional experience in accounting.
• International experience will be a plus.
• Knowledge of taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Mandatory fluency in English.
• Mandatory good level in French.
