We are recruiting an Employee Relations Specialist(f/m/d) to cover a maternity leave replacement.

Benefits:

Location: Lisbon - Amoreiras;

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What tasks does this role involve?

• Offer strategic and reputable HR guidance, addressing employee discipline and complaints when necessary;
• Assist local HR teams in handling delicate employee matters and assessing instances of employee misconduct, including conducting investigations and suggesting disciplinary measures, taking into account the severity of the offense, fairness of action, and local labor laws;
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance ER & LR programs, procedures, and policies;
• Execute all tasks related to employee and labor relations;
• Act as a specialist in Labor law, providing employees, managers, and HR representatives with knowledge of company policies and procedures;
• Evaluate and update policies based on business requirements and employment regulations.

What qualifications should you have?

• Degree/Master's in Labor Law, Human Resources, or similar field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience;
• Good organizational skills, focusing on quality, processes, and results;
• Good negotiation skills and conflict management;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory);
• Experience in disciplinary processes, such as issuing notices of guilt, preparing final reports, and applying evaluations (mandatory).
