User Experience Expert in Product Quality (f/m/div.) – Any Bosch Portugal Site - #227681

Your contribution to something big:

Within the Bosch Group, our Corporate Quality department, responsible for Bosch quality management tools and processes worldwide, is expanding its global team in Portugal. As a User Experience Expert in Product Quality, you will lead the improvement of quality in our customers journey from the moment they identify our products until the moment they use it in their day to day. For that you will:

• Define the integration of the customer experience journey into the quality management system of Bosch;
• In a global set up, you will work closely with Bosch’s User Experience corporate team to define the UX strategy in quality and promote innovation projects within the area;
• Establish a network across Bosch divisions and external communities of expertise in user experience;
• Define management metrics for customer experience in quality for Bosch Group applicable to all divisions;
• Define regulation and governance principals for corporate quality in Bosch Group.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or similar;
• Experience: experience in defining user experience strategy in multinational environment;
• Know how: good knowledge in the Human Centered Design process and approach, Design Thinking, and project planning of UX and Design activities. Good understanding of product quality;
• Working Style: enthusiastic, communicative and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead complex and innovative topics and create an international network, internal and external to Bosch;
• Personality: proactive and autonomous, with an assertive and inspiring communication style. Interested in working in an international set up, with ability to adapt and influence;
• Languages: very good knowledge and communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
