We are delighted to announce that an opportunity exists for a Coordinator – Maintenance Planning at our Aljustrel Manufacturing Site.

The core focus of this role is to provide support and backup coverage for maintenance scheduling/planning and maintenance stores management on site.

With your professional planning and coordinating skills you will play a crucial role with providing the product line maintenance execution team(s) with fully planned and resourced work schedules to execute. The work schedules delivered ensure routine work from maintenance strategies are executed to plan while also balancing the priorities of corrective work.

• Ensure that appropriate Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) standards are followed and maintained;
• Ensure site production capability is maintained through effective maintenance planning and support;
• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance and Engineering teams;
• Assist in planning and delivering fixed costs and capital budgets to plan;
• Be part of an effective site Maintenance and Engineering team.

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance administrative role or equivalent, preferably in heavy production/manufacturing environment;
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (SAP);
• Understanding of maintenance processes and equipment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
