Mission

The role will be developed within PO Estimation Desk, aiming to support the development of CapEx estimates for industrial projects under PO portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Be part of a team who is encharged of preparing, revising or updating Capex estimates for Company projects both on traditional oil&gas industry and on energy transition opportunities;
• Assure the quality of Capex estimates prepared by external engineering service Companies;
• Gain knowledge on new energy industries – main processes, Capex cost drivers, estimating methodologies;
• Assist PO project managers to ensure sound information on project scope and support risk data for Capex estimate;
• Model project Quantitaive Risk Analysis to allow Monte Carlo simulations and contingency evaluation;
• Interact with Procurement sharing information to be used in next estimates or to support RTAs.

What you'll need

• Competencies in quantitative methods and data analysis;
• Acquainted with specific software tools, namely Excel, Power Point and statistical risk analysis;
• Ability to present complex data in a consistent, concise format and to be able to communicate;
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams;
• Degree / masters in engineering, statistics, applied mathematics or project management.
