• Fluent in German, with proficiency in English

Your Responsibilities

• Become an expert in our client’s app products, tailoring solutions to each customer
• Engage customers mainly by phone and email
• Conduct sales to both warm and cold prospects, promoting the app and its ease-of-use
• First point of contact to explain how the app solution aligns with specific customer needs
• Independently manage a full sales cycle, from lead identification to closing deals
• Maintain and update internal systems regularly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support
