WHAT ARE WE HIRING?We are looking for an Trainee to join our Customer Support Team! You will collaborate in a positive team environment to learn how to provide outstanding customer service. This position is for a professional traineeship and will be remunerated with a stipend
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Learn how to be the point of contact for IoT support and sales teams;
Learn how to take responsibility over generating and monitoring technical support tickets;
Develop documentation of support processes and procedures;
Learn how to train local support teams, commercial teams, and customers in need;
Apply your knowledge of electrical systems, products, components, and applications;
Develop strong working relationships with the customer success, research, and business development teams;
Integrate an Innovative Company with a great team spirit and in which you will be able to learn and present your ideas
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Degree or Master’s Degree (could be currently studying) in Electronics, Engineering, Information technology or similar;
Someone with interest in the study, of software, hardware, network interface configuration, and IoT devices;
Someone with interest in working as a support technician and with customer service;
Someone with a creative and innovative mindset;
Eligibility for IEFP internship;
Bi-lingual with English;
Based in Portugal, Lisbon district
Location: Office at Nova SBE (Hybrid)
