Generated Content Editor

Braun Management

Remoto
Braun Management partners with executive teams to solve organizational problems that have become too internal to address. We analyze structural truths, clarify decision rights, and help leadership teams clear the path forward when consensus has stalled.

The role
The Generated Content Editor is a new, part-time contract position designed to support our advisory team as we produce high-stakes, evidence-backed reports. Under our hybrid arrangement, some of this work is done in collaboration with our team during designated shared working hours, while other parts are completed independently. As artificial intelligence tools assist us in synthesizing initial data sets, we need a precise editor to review, refine, and polish draft materials to ensure they meet our standards for clarity, accuracy, and professional tone. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys editing, values structural logic, and wants to learn how complex business systems operate.

What you will do
  • Review draft summaries of client organizational structures, checking for factual alignment with our raw interview transcripts and consulting notes.
  • Edit reports to remove repetitive phrases, corporate jargon, and abstract terms, replacing them with clear, direct prose.
  • Verify the logical consistency of structural analysis across different sections of our deliverables.
  • Format tables, charts, and text narratives to maintain an orderly and professional layout.
  • Highlight areas where written drafts misrepresent complex governance details, such as board structures or works council roles.
  • Manage document files, keeping track of different draft versions as advisory teams provide feedback.
  • Assist in compiling report appendixes containing data tables and methodology explanations.

What we are looking for
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for spotting logical gaps and convoluted sentences.
  • Active enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in business, law, public administration, linguistics, or a related field.
  • An interest in learning about complex business systems and organizational friction.
  • Clear attention to detail, showing a preference for punctuation accuracy and structural order.
  • Familiarity with common text editing tools and generative systems, with a careful approach to reviewing their output.
  • Ability to work reliably in a part-time contract capacity, balancing independent tasks with hybrid collaboration.
  • Strong organizational habits, enabling you to manage feedback and track document iterations systematically.

Our way of working
Our way of working relies heavily on written clarity and careful documentation. We operate in a hybrid setting, combining deep focus time at home with regular collaborative check-ins to align on deliverables. We avoid long, unproductive meetings, opting instead for precise written communication that respects everyone's schedule. This hybrid structure is designed to give you the flexibility to manage your part-time hours while still providing direct mentorship from our senior consultants.

What the role offers
  • Paid contract position with attractive, competitive pay for the role and market.
  • Flexible schedule that balances easily with university studies or other projects.
  • Direct training and mentorship from senior management consultants.
  • Hands-on experience with actual case studies in organizational change and governance.
  • A professional working environment that values clear thinking over corporate politics.

Your work on our drafts ensures that our clients receive clear, evidence-backed guidance. Each polished document helps senior leadership teams make important decisions about accountability and structure. This attention to detail reduces organizational friction and turns complex internal dilemmas into clear, actionable steps.
