Technical Project Manager (Payments & Integration)

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, managing project lifecycles, expectations, and alignment with business objectives;
- Oversee technical implementation and client onboarding, analyzing functional/technical documentation to guide system integration;
- Analyze client test results, troubleshooting errors, and identifying mitigation strategies using critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Identify project risks and conflicts proactively, developing resolution strategies and aligning communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Minimum of 2 of experience in Technical Project Management, Client Onboarding, or System Analysis;
- Strong expertise in the financial and payment sectors, including payment systems, REST APIs, Web Services, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop);
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Quality Assurance testing practices;
- Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, or .NET) will be valued;
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations;
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under challenging situations.
