THE ROLE

As Indie Campers' Global 1P Ancillaries Associate, you will lead the strategy around extras sales, from surfboards to liability reduction packages. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and providing in-depth critiques of all additional products and services we sell alongside our vans.

You will be on the lookout for any revenue opportunity and will challenge the team to always sell more.

You will report directly to the Own Fleet Director and work closely with the regional General Managers, Revenue Leaders as well as Operation Teams.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Become the product-owner of ancillary sales, always pushing to drive sales
  • Provide data-driven analysis to support the evolution of our product offering
  • Challenge the status-quo when it comes to ancillary sales, bringing new ideas to the table
  • Coordinate with regional revenue leads to address local performance and find growth opportunities

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment where performance is volatile and under close scrutiny
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
