Main Responsibilities


  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians on-site.
  • Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and retrofit maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
  • Act as the primary interface with the customer regarding service performance, escalations, and improvement actions.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and maintenance dashboards, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive cost control and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and methods.
  • Participate in planning activities, resource allocation, and spare parts management.
  • Travel occasionally to other customer sites, suppliers, or internal company locations as required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in industrial maintenance or project management.
  • Proven experience in team leadership within an industrial or technical environment.
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Solid technical background, including:
    • Electrical / Mechanical diagram interpretation.
    • Maintenance of lifting and handling equipment.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations (individual and collective protection).
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness and availability to travel when required.
  • Availabilty to travel
  • Experience with dashboard/KPI reporting and maintenance metrics.
  • Familiarity with RCM & OEE.
  • Prior involvement in cost optimization and service contract execution.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
