Job Description

We're looking for a Junior HR Assistant – Labor Relations to join our team and provide efficient administrative and operational support focused on Admissions, Labor Relations, and Employee Development. You'll play a vital role in maintaining seamless and compliant HR operations in these areas.  

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Maia, Portugal office. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the admission of new employees. 
  • Organize, coordinate, and assist in the smooth onboarding process for new team members.
  • Address and resolve day-to-day inquiries from employees. 
  • Organize, coordinate, and assist in the execution of the employee training and development plan. 
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding Environment, Safety, and Health at work within the area of operations. 
  • Conduct employee annual surveys.


Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in the HR area. 
  • Fluency in English. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Positive and proactive attitude. 
  • Eager to learn and adaptable.
