Your mission

As our new Graphic Designer, your mission is to bring performance-driven ideas to life with stunning, conversion-oriented visuals. You'll help turn strategy into scroll-stopping ad creatives, develop engaging content for social media, and collaborate closely with our creative and media teams to deliver work that doesn't just look good — it performs.

Your profile

You have experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.

You have a strong portfolio with a focus on digital content, ads, and branding.

You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and comfortable with Canva and Figma.

You understand performance design and know how to turn a briefing into a concept with a clear goal.

You’re detail-oriented, organized, and can handle tight deadlines with a cool head.

You’re a team player who loves feedback, collaboration, and shared success.

You have excellent English skills (German is a plus!).

Bonus: Experience with motion design, copy-driven layouts, or UGC creative work.
