Responsibilities

• Act as the main analyst supporting the development of a monitoring and observability layer across operational systems.
• Translating business requirements into clear and actionable KPIs and monitoring structures.
• Conduct data analyses, generate reports and dashboards with tools such as Power BI.
• Use query languages (SQL) and data manipulation in modern environments (Azure, Databricks).
• Applying observability and monitoring concepts using tools such as Zabbix and Dynatrace.
• Working with data architectures, systems integration and traceability.
• Facilitating workshops and aligning technical and business teams.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Mininum experience of 8 years on similar roles.
• Proven experience in data analysis, visualisation and monitoring frameworks.
• Expertise in tools such as Power BI and languages such as SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (preferably Azure/Databricks).
• Knowledge of system observability and monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and adaptability to different cultures and environments.
• Good knowledge of English.
