Is to ensure that the products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring their safety, efficacy, and consistency for patients. This involves rigorous testing and analysis, adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMP), and meticulous documentation, all aimed at maintaining the highest levels of product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Perform physical-chemical analysis of medicinal Cannabis samples, using HPLC, TLC, loss on drying, microscope, or other applicable techniques
- Comply with good documentation practices and ensure that all tasks performed comply with applicable GMP requirements
- Perform In-Process Control analyzes of medicinal Cannabis samples
- Sample packaging materials and purified water
- Perform packaging material analyzes
- Participate in various laboratory tasks, such as checking equipment, managing reagents, organizing and cleaning laboratory material and supplies, among others deemed necessary
- Preparation of documentation related with laboratory activities; namely, SOPs, protocols, reports, laboratory investigations, etc…
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Preferred: previous experience (minimum 6 months) in a Quality Control laboratory in the pharmaceutical area;
- Team spirit and collaboration, as well as critical thinking skills;
- Proactive attitude towards work and learning new techniques;
- Sense of responsibility and organization;
- Knowledge of the English language (written).
