What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to Omnicontact-related projects and initiatives by aligning local practices with the Central team to ensure all country-specific requirements are addressed.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration both locally and with central project teams to drive the successful deployment and adoption of tools and initiatives across sales teams.
  • Support the enhancement of tools tailored for field sales teams and other key roles.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis that inform and strengthen new initiatives.
  • Develop reports evaluating the launch performance of app updates, incorporating key performance indicators.
  • Leverage data to support decision-making and continuously improve processes.
  • Assess the long-term impact of deployed projects, anticipating outcomes and proactively addressing potential challenges.

What the role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology management, business management, economics or related field;
  • 0-3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG industry;
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases;
  • Very good problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve business challenges;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, being able to communicate complex ideas/information, to different stakeholders;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  • Intermediate level of Spanish;
  • Advanced user of excel and good knowledge of MS Office tools;
  • Availability to travel both abroad and within country;
  • Experience in Salesforce (preferred).
