Payable Team Member - Accounts Payable

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) operates as a Shared Services Center for the Thales Group, supporting multiple countries with key finance and accounting processes. As a center of excellence, TBSS drives innovation in internal business operations, simplifies complexity, and supports Thales' external leadership in digital transformation.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Accounts Payable Team and contribute to the continued success of our company.

What you will do:

• Process and validate invoices across multiple business units, ensuring deadlines and compliance
• Manage electronic payments and resolve invoice queries within 3 working days
• Monitor prepayments, debit balances, and staff expense claims with accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline financial processes
• Support ad-hoc accounts payable tasks, maintaining operational excellence

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management
• Experience in finance or accounting (preferable in Accounts Payable)
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Strong ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
