Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that’s bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we’re waiting with open arms. Come join us.
We’re expanding our data platform capabilities to support the rapid growth of HiBob and deepen the integration of our newly acquired Financial Module into the broader ecosystem. As a Data Product Manager on this team, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our data ingest and data management efforts - empowering technical stakeholders and product teams across the organization.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where platform thinking, business alignment, and technical fluency come together. You'll shape how financial data is ingested, governed, and leveraged to support scalable, secure, and insight-driven products.
About you
You’re a product leader with a passion for data infrastructure, a strategic mindset, and a bias for action. You know how to collaborate with technical stakeholders and bring clarity to complex data challenges. You think in systems, love solving hard problems, and thrive in ambiguity.
You have experience building data products from the ground up and understand what it takes to scale them in fast-moving environments. You also have excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in HR tech, fintech, or built platforms that support analytical product use cases.

Deep empathy for customer needs, frustrations, and aspirations.
Sense of ownership and leadership skills
HR tech and/or Fintech industry background – big advantage
Empowering products powered by Generative AI or AI/ML background - big advantage
What will you do
As a member of our growing product team you will play a key role in defining and building Bob’s vision, product strategy and roadmap:
Advocate product’s value proposition and functionality
Work closely with various stakeholders within the organisation; engineers, designers, customer success, sales, product marketing, marketing, and business development.
Work closely with customers, prospects, and partners in order to identify and crystallise market pains and opportunities, making sure that our goals are aligned with users’ needs.
