Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to support the day-to-day financial operations of our property management team. The focus of this role is on the accurate and timely management of invoices, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), updating financial systems, and generating financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full invoice lifecycle, including receipt, verification, processing, and follow-up of vendor and tenant invoices.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded, reconciled, and up to date.
- Maintain and update the invoice management software, ensuring accurate data input and process consistency.
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, in collaboration with the accounting team.
- Assist with budget tracking, identifying discrepancies and variances when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/tenants to resolve billing issues.
- Ensure all financial operations follow company policies, client requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of AP/AR processes and invoice workflows.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Customer-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in a financial or administrative role, preferably within real estate or property management.
- Experience using Yardi or other financial/property management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Lisbon-based office with a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere.
- Daily use of computer systems and communication platforms.
