What is expected in this role:

• Manage third parties' financial and administrative related requests;


• Ensure third parties' satisfaction, follow up and timely closing of all requests;


• Liaise with other teams to come up with solutions;


• Good communication skills as all interactions are carried out in writing;


• Problem solving oriented.

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;


• Strong customer orientation;


• Planning and organisation skills;


• Domain of computer tools.
