Role Purpose

We are looking for a Leads Performance Coordinator to join the Residential Department team, ensuring operational excellence and optimizing lead management processes across our operations in Portugal.

What this job involves

  • Coordination of the Front Office team across the country
  • Coordination of Partnership Registrations
  • Client Care and Actions for Customer Recovery
  • Responsible for Classihy
  • Support for all stores
  • Responsible for handling leads from Property Developers and Stand Schedules
  • Commercial Procedures
  • Sending Opportunity Lists to Consultants
  • Conflict Resolution and Management
  • Coordination between the procedures and Ego CRM
  • Coordination with Operations Manager
