Position Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Associate | Operations & Production to join our Residential Marketing team. This role will focus on managing marketing operations and content production for our residential property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support operations, budgeting, and production of marketing materials and communication assets
  • Evaluate and manage media agency proposals to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate promotional activities (communication materials, digital campaigns, events, social media)
  • Create and implement engaging online and offline content (newsletters, social media, media platforms)
  • Optimize lead generation strategies and database management
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies relevant to premium real estate marketing

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital content platforms (newsletters, social media, websites)
  • Experience in database management and lead generation optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with proven project management skills
  • Creativity and sensitivity to luxury market trends
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude
  • Solid English language skills
  • Curiosity about new communication tools, including AI
