We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

What do you do in a day?
- Contacting clients to obtain the necessary information for customs clearance.
- Ensuring that all documentation complies with EU customs rules.
- Communicating clearly with clients about duties, taxes and customs clearance procedures.
- Keeping accurate records of communications and customs clearance documents.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the customs clearance of shipments.

- Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred
- Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) - preferred
- 12th grade course - preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Working hours: 11:00-15:00, Monday to Friday
