As a vital member of our team, youll:

  • Assist our online community by resolving inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and precision.
  • Become an expert on Facebook products, community standards, and policies.
  • ️ Make balanced decisions and act as a committed advocate for our users, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • ️ Communicate effectivelyshowcasing empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Investigate and resolve reports on account issues, abusive content, and other user concerns.
  • Leverage your market knowledge to identify opportunities for scalable solutions and improved user experiences.
  • Analyze data trends to recommend workflow enhancements and address policy nuances.
  • ️ Enforce community guidelines by monitoring reports and reviewing flagged content within set quality standards.
  • Spot inefficiencies in workflows and suggest actionable solutions.


What Were Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Spanish fluency (C1) and strong English communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Solid reasoning and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues.
  • Education: College education or equivalent experience (military background accepted).
  • Experience: Up to 1 year in a BPO or related service environment is a plus.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances to support effective policy implementation.
