CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management or supervision roles
  • Experience in retail or office construction projects (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with versatility to adapt to different contexts
  • Leadership abilities and proactive attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills and results orientation
  • Advanced IT skills in Office suite, AutoCAD and MS Project
  • Good knowledge of English

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of construction projects according to budget, planning, quality standards and deadlines, ensuring JLL's professional image
  • Define, select and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, according to each project's specific requirements
  • Analyze and study projects in detail before construction commencement, clarifying questions with key stakeholders (design teams, estimators, clients, etc.)
  • Lead weekly progress meetings, reporting on construction execution status, cost plans, and production management
  • Develop and maintain internal construction control documents, including Cost Plans, Production Management Dashboards, Construction Procedures, Planning, and Provisional Receptions
  • Prepare and compile documentation for Account Closures, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions when necessary
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and obtain all necessary permits and licenses for construction activities
  • Meet with inspectors to address issues or resolve construction challenges
  • Ensure coordination between all parties involved in projects, maintaining clear communication channels
