Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
• Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Previous experience working with software development or maintenance;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the following technologies or platforms:
• .C# or PHP
• MongoDB;
• SQL Server;
• SalesForce Commerce Cloud;
• Kubernetes;
• Azure and/or AWS;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity and self-motivation;
