What You'll Do

  • Customer Care & Communication
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering stellar support via voice and chat
    • Provide clear guidance on account history and product details
    • Resolve customer issues related to collections and payments
  • Financial Assistance & Solutions
    • Negotiate payment arrangements with care and empathy
    • Support customers in funding their accounts
    • Explain the company's protection policies (when applicable)
    • Advise on how to manage transactions and funding
  • Problem Solving & Follow-Up
    • Investigate and resolve collections-related inquiries
    • Arrange convenient call-backs
    • Transfer customers to the right teams when needed
    • Document call outcomes in internal systems for team reference
  • Supporting Sensitive Situations
    • Tag and support vulnerable customers
    • Offer insolvency support when appropriate
    • Secure a commitment to pay on a future date
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & Skills
    • 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced call center
    • Confident negotiation and communication skills
    • Familiarity with internet-based services, fintech, or transaction platforms
  • Tech-Savvy Abilities
    • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
    • Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies
    • Able to juggle multiple phone queues and product lines
