- At least 4 years of professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in React or Angular for frontend development
- Experience leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and fostering engineering best practices (Plus)
- Expertise in architectural design decisions for scalable and high-performance systems
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (Plus)
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal
