What You'll Be Doing
- Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines
- Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues
- Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone
- Identify and escalate potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations
- Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules
- Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures
- Fluent French and English at B2 level or higher
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content
- Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach
- Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory
- Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)
- 12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
- Monthly performance bonus (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly)
