We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client – a reference company in the insurance sector.

- Reporting to the administration board, this professional will be responsible for managing the internal technical team as well as external partners or providers;
- Managing the budget projections associated with technology costs;
- Manage technical projects and associated teams;
- Promote and evangelize digital transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, according to the business needs and requirements.
- Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management or other similar areas;
- Previous solid experience in IT management teams and/or project roles;
- Previous experience and participation in managing projects and teams related to software, application or ERP solutions;
- Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
