A BIMMS está a contratar BIM Manager (M/F) e/ou Especialista (M/F).Perfil:Mestrado em Engenharia (Civil/Mecânica/Elétrica) ou Arquitetura.Setores - Instalações de Infraestruturas Críticas (e.g: Data Centers), Edifícios, Projetos Industriais de Alta Tecnologia (e.g: Semicondutores) e Construção Modular / Prefabricado.Experiência comprovada em gestão BIM ou numa função de especialista BIM.Conhecimento das normas BIM e das normas de gestão da informação (ex.

ISO 19650).Capacidade para interpretar e analisar projetos multidisciplinares.Conhecimento especializado da metodologia BIM e grande familiaridade com o software de criação BIM.Conhecimentos técnicos de software orientado para BIM.Conhecimentos de aplicação de Quantity Take-Off baseado em BIM (preferencial).Conhecimentos na aplicação de Planeamento 4D baseado em BIM (preferencial).Capacidade para desenvolver normas de projeto BIM e diretrizes de requisitos BIM complementares.Conhecimentos intermédios de inglês, tanto orais como escritos.Capacidade para elaborar relatórios e apresentações técnicas.Proatividade na procura de soluções e na resolução de problemas.Capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal.Disponibilidade para deslocações.Sentido de responsabilidade, compromisso e trabalho em equipa.Foco na qualidade e na inovação.Procuramos pessoas talentosas, automotivadas e com competências técnicas para fazer parte da nossa equipa.

BIMMS is hiring a BIM Manager (M/F) and/or BIM Specialist (M/F).Profile:Master's degree in Engineering (civil/mechanical/electrical) or Architecture.Sectors – Buildings, Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.g.
