GuestReady is a leading short-term rental and hospitality services management company, operating in the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, and the UAE. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve aimed to revolutionize the short-term rental industry through innovative technology and a dedication to exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for an Onboarding Agent – Bilingual French/English to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for new clients joining our platform. 

Your Mission

As our Onboarding Agent, you’ll be on the front line managing the onboarding of new clients, guiding them from first contact to full autonomy on the platform. Your role is key to customer satisfaction and retention, making a lasting first impression and helping users unlock the full value of RentalReady.

Your work will be twofold:

Operational: Leading the onboarding process — account setup, platform configuration, and guidance on best practices.

Technical: Supporting clients with tool-related issues (connectivity, integrations, payments, automation, etc.).

This role directly contributes to the growth of our subscriber base across multiple markets and helps shape the client journey from day one.

Your Responsibilities

Lead onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth configuration and a clear understanding of the platform
Explain the platform’s value to drive activation, adoption, and long-term engagement
Identify client needs and pain points during calls, and resolve them in real-time
Deliver a personalized onboarding experience, based on behavior and account data
Proactively manage each onboarding: send reminders, track status, and resolve blockers
Become a RentalReady product expert, mastering the platform’s configuration and user journey
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and case follow-up
Gather and share client feedback with the Product team to drive continuous improvement
Track customer success KPIs, detect churn risks, and recommend solutions
Improve internal workflows and documentation to boost team efficiency
Support strategic initiatives (CRM upgrades, client satisfaction, segmentation, etc.)
Keep database records accurate to support internal teams and partners

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
Fluent in French and English (C1 level or higher required)
Previous experience in onboarding, support, account management, or SaaS (a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
Empathetic, proactive, and customer-centric
Passionate about tech, hospitality, or digital platforms — bonus if you’ve worked with SaaS tools
