You’ll be at the heart of Paradox’s OPS engine to build and scale the systems, team, and operations that power our global ambitions.

Your mission — should you choose to accept it — is a three-pronged offensive
1 | MASTER OUR DAILY OPS & CS
- Run the day-to-day engine of our cohort-based coaching programs: onboarding, course launches, live events.
- Oversee Customer Success: respond to student emails, resolve issues, and ensure every student feels seen, supported, and on track.
- Act as the operational lynchpin across teams—marketing, tech, product, support—to ensure flawless delivery and student satisfaction.
- Audit existing workflows and build rock-solid processes using step-by-step SOPs, automations, and scalable systems.
- Automate student communications to reduce manual inbox threads, improve clarity, and free you for transformation-zone work.
- Enhance the student experience across platforms—LMS, community spaces, and event tools.
- Partner with the Director on key initiatives—new programs, platforms, course iterations.
- Define scopes, timelines, and resources. Lead cross-functional execution.
- Build and maintain project spaces in LMS, draft agendas, and ensure operational excellence from kick-off to wrap-up.
What Winning Looks Like
- You’ve done this before: ops management or customer success, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
- You’ve scaled operations: built procedures, introduced automations, and scaled programs or products.
- You’re a systems geek: you love using digital tools, automations, and workflow optimizations to eliminate manual tasks.
- You’re client-focused: inbox zero isn’t enough—you ensure students feel heard, supported, and successful.
- You’re a people connector: empathetic, clear, and charismatic—you build trust fast.
- You’re execution obsessed: organized, results-driven, and precise.
- A pragmatic, problem solver and results-oriented
- A doer, hands-on, an execution machine
- And you love to set up systems, automate and structure
- 3–5 years successfully lead operational impact in growing companies.
- Passion for coaching, self development, education, edtech, teaching or edutainment.
- Proven ability to build and improve processes, set up automations, and deliver top-tier CS via email and workflows.
- LMS or coaching program experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Make, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar automation platforms.
French & English fluency
