What You’ll Do
The Reward Specialist focuses upon the delivery of operational reward support, in line with business strategy, within the Reward function. With a good understanding of established concepts and procedures, they provide guidance and support to the business, on all, or relevant reward programme/s (for example, Annual Reward Review, International Mobility, Benefits, etc.). And works with HR colleagues to execute reward policies across the local market. Typically reports to the Senior Reward Manager, or the Head of Reward

What You’ll Do
The Reward Specialist focuses upon the delivery of operational reward support, in line with business strategy, within the Reward function. - Provides excellent operational support, administration and logical advice in the execution of Reward activities
- Reward activities may include Annual Reward Review cycle, International Mobility administration, Benefits administration, Ad-hoc reward activities and projects, Recognition, Maintenance of data and reporting dashboards
- Assists in the accurate and consistent application of Reward standards across the local market
- Provides support to Reward and HRBP colleagues as required in the delivery of the reward agenda
- Ensures the accurate and timely submission of data to third party suppliers for pay and benefits surveys and trends
- Accurately documents and monitors all relevant information in line with Reward processes
- Acts as point of contact for the business and resolves problems based on acquired technical experience (for example pay queries)
- Demonstrates an understanding of how the Reward agenda and elements integrate to the wider HR people plan
- May provide informal guidance to junior staff
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
