Fullstack Web Developer
Vincit

Tipo de contrato: Tempo total

Our expertise is in high demand and we are now looking for 3 new colleagues to join our Portugal Talent Hub. As a medior or senior Fullstack Web Developer, you will join our customer teams, delivering high quality software products to our Nordics and USA customers.
Vincit teams deep dive into our client’s case to understand their goals, problems and reasons. Your specialty is to create technical solutions that are a perfect match for the need, and are efficient to implement and maintain. You get to work in a collaborative environment as a member of an agile development team, closely with designers and other specialists. Your bread and butter is to write efficient, clean and testable code. Different databases, frameworks, API’s and cloud environments vary a lot between projects, so a generalist approach to software development is a strength.
Ideally you enjoy collaborating with our clients directly, feel confident working independently and be capable of communicating fluently to technical and non-technical people in English.
What is the job like, really?
Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities.
Software development as a part of a team typically consisting of Vincit and customer experts.
Consulting our customers in the best ways to reach their goals through smart technology choices and ways of working (including the use of AI tools).
DevOps: using cloud, IAC and CI/CD tools to deploy and automate the infrastructure and delivery processes.
What are we looking for?
We don’t expect you to be a unicorn, but the more you know about the following, the better:
Essentials Skills
Web programming languages, notably Javascript/Typescript, using React/Node/Next.js.
Versatility - Mastering at least one other language such as Python, Go, Rust, PHP, .NET or Java.
Experience working in international teams with English language
Desirable Skills
Cloud and DevOps skills
AI assisted development and testing
Mobile development with e.g. React Native or Flutter.
Other Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience for medior role / 7 years for senior.
Experience working in international teams
Good level of English and excellent communication skills
Proactiveness and discipline to manage their own work
Location anywhere in Portugal
Preferred start: September-October.
Cool, but what's in it for me?
A place to make a big impact and grow professionally.
A culture with very little hierarchy and a lot of freedom to do the right things for the people, the business and the planet.
A safe space where you can come as you are.
Active and fun-loving community with excellent atmosphere and support.
Salary range 33,000-48,000 € gross annual + bonus.
Benefits
Flexible working hours
You can work fully remotely or in the Lisbon office if you like
Health insurance
Meal allowance 10,20€ / day.
Compensation for self-development and certifications
High quality work equipment
Team activities and get-togethers
Hobby groups with financial support
