What you’ll be doing

As our Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our studio running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our design, SEO, copywriting and account management team members, ensuring every project moves forward seamlessly from brief to delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Scheduling client meetings and tracking project timelines to keep everything running like clockwork
• Coordinating teams’ availability and managing workloads
• Keeping project management tools and trackers up-to-date
• Monitoring project progress and flagging any roadblocks early
• Keeping clients in the loop with friendly and supportive updates
• Taking ownership of studio-wide coordination tasks and suggesting smart improvements to how we work
• Supporting coordination of internal initiatives and projects 
• Helping boost the value of client accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and supporting retention and referral efforts

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or studio assistant role (ideally in a creative, digital, or agency setting)
• Strong organisational and communication skills—you love a good checklist and your inbox is always under control!
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English—we’re an English speaking company
• A calm, kind and supportive presence even in busy times
• Confident using tools like Slack, Clickup and Google Workspace (desired)
• An interest in branding, web design, SEO or digital marketing is a big plus!
