Scrum Master (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon)What do you need to have:

Hard Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.- Proven experience in transitioning from traditional methodologies to Agile/Scrum.- Experience in evangelizing teams to work in Agile/Scrum.- Experience working in international contexts.- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).Soft Skills:
